2023 West Glacier Hangout
September 10-17 2023
Columbia Falls, MT
Come join us for a week of fun in West Glacier. We will have kids crafts, a family pizza night, taco potluck, and so much more.
The campground information will be given when registration opens. All sites will be full hook-up and will have weekly rates from $500. A deposit has been paid on your behalf so you must purchase the campsite ticket to secure your spot in the hangout. You will owe the remainder of the balance to the campground ($400-$460)

The cost for camping will be weekly rates from $500

Step 1: Complete your family waiver below in blue text. When the screen refreshes, you’ll be able to select your tickets.
Step 2: Register for the event.
Registration will open on April 11 for Lifetime Members and April 13 for Annual Members.
The price of the West Glacier Hangout is $150/family.
Step 3: Book your camping reservation:
Booking information will be sent via email with your ticket confirmation, so please make sure to check your email (and spam folder). The cost for camping will be weekly rates from $500.

What are the cancellation policies for this event?
Hangout Fee Refunds:
- Cancel before 7/12/23 to receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancel between 7/12/23–08/11/23 for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after 08/11/23 will not be refunded.
- Your campsite deposit will incur a $20 fee if cancelled, unless we are able to re-fill your spot. No refund for the deposit can be provided within 7 days of the event.
- Campsite cancellations and potential refunds will be handled by the campground and not FTF, beyond what is noted above.
