Let’s mark the end of our winter hibernations and gather together in an epic week of activities.
Whether you’re new to the road or a veteran, you won’t want to miss this gathering!
Are you a little introverted? No worries! We will have ice breaker games and activities to help you meet your new best friends.
During the week, you and your family will have many opportunities to meet new friends and families. We will have educational coffee talks, camp fires, crafts and games throughout the week.

This family campground is perfectly suited for a gathering of fulltime families. A family-friendly atmosphere, full hook-ups, gaga ball pits, fishing, playgrounds for big and little kids, bouncy houses, family game room, two swimming pools, a sandy beach area, arts, crafts, and quiet spaces to learn new things.
This will be a month long event with a special nightly and monthly campground rate. The first week will be jam packed with rally activities followed by 2 weeks of gatherings, sports camp, and drama club. Arrive on Sunday, depart on Sunday. Activities will be arranged into two daily sessions: a Morning session and an Evening session. Why?

- Restock your fridge with a visit to the grocery store.
- Clean your favorite coffee cup for the next Coffee Talk.

- Help your child prepare for the Children’s marketplace.
- Reconnect with old friends.
- Meet new friends.
- Relax for a few hours in between the crazy RALLY TIME!
Ticket Release Details:
The first wave of tickets will include a deposit on a monthly site as well as the Extra Innings or Drama Club program. All monthly sites will include Extra Innings or Drama Club. If your family plans to participate in both Extra Innings as well as Drama Club, please purchase the additional activity ticket.
Weekly sites will be released the following week. These sites will have the option of moving to a monthly site if a monthly site becomes available.
New this year! We are excited to offer a payment plan option. For no additional cost, you can split your event purchase up into three equal payments. This payment plan is only available until November 3, 2024. After November 3, 2024, a 2 month payment plan will be available for a limited time — if spots are still available.
Lifetime Member/Charter Member Discounts: We are unable to provide the discount automatically. For those that select the payment plan option, you will receive a refund equal to the 10% discount at the completion of your payment plan. If you pay in full, you will receive a refund equal to the 10% discount within 1-3 business days. The discount will be applied to the rally tickets, extra innings ($225) and the additional activity ticket. The discount does not apply to the campsite deposit. UPDATE: Lifetime Member discounts have been applied to the pricing shown and will be accurate until 10/31 at noon central. After that time, Lifetime Member discounts will be applied manually after you purchase. You will be refunded the 10% discount within 1-3 business days of your order being paid in full.

Rally tickets are $80/person, Lifetime Members receive a 10% discount. One campsite ticket must be purchased per family attending. The monthly campsite tickets include Extra Innings or Drama Club and a $100 deposit for the campsite. This deposit will be applied to your campground balance at check-in.
Extra Innings is from March 10th, 2025 – March 21st, 2025
One thing we hear a lot is that kids, and adults, miss playing sports while they are on this grand adventure so we decided to make our own sports camp! We will break into groups and have multiple sessions going over different sports such as baseball, soccer, flag football, kickball, capture the flag, etc. Along with the sports sessions, we will have time for more campfires, shared meal times, and strengthening friendships.
Drama Club gives kids the opportunity to participate in a full on-stage production. Whether they’re an actor/actress or stage hand, they will learn what it takes to put on a play. This feat requires dedication, team work, and resilience! Drama Club is geared towards ages 6+.
Book a monthly site at the campground and end your winter with a bang!
The cost to attend Extra Innings will be $225 per family. Extra Innings will include either the sports camp or drama club. If your family would like to participate in both, please purchase the additional activity ticket. Purchasing a Drama Club ticket does not guarantee an acting role but it does guarantee involvement in the overall production.
Step 2: Book your camping reservation:
Once you purchase your campsite ticket and rally tickets, you do not need to contact the campground. Your site will be assigned to you in the weeks prior to the event. Your family will be given an opportunity to provide us with a list of sites that you would like, in order of preference. We will assign sites based on order of purchase with these lists in mind. Your family will be put on the site priority list once your purchase is paid in full. All sites are booked March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025. If you need to arrive earlier, please contact us and we will check for availability. Arriving more than a week early will not be possible.
- The monthly rate is $675. This rate also includes exclusive access to the Recreation Hall for campground sponsored activities. Your campsite ticket includes a $100 deposit, which secures your site. The remaining balance of your campsite will be due upon check-in. Sites will be assigned and you will receive your site assignment in the weeks leading up to the event.
There is a weekly rate of $450.

What are the cancellation policies for this event?
Rally Fee Refunds:
- Cancel before Jan 2nd, 2025 for a full refund of rally fees minus a $60 cancellation fee.
- Cancel between Jan 2nd, 2025 – Feb 2nd, 2025 for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after February 2nd, 2025 will not be refunded.
- Any cancellations of Extra Innings/Drama Club will result in the forfeiture of a monthly site. Your reservation will be moved to a weekly site. No refunds will be given for Extra Innings/Drama Club unless you are cancelling your registration altogether, then the standard refund policy applies.

Camping Refunds:
- Your campsite ticket includes a $100 non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of this deposit.
T-Shirts:
- Full refund prior to t-shirt order being placed. After the order has been placed, no refunds are available. If you want t-shirts shipped, there is an additional shipping fee of $6 per shirt.
