Rallies work best when everyone shares their gifts.

Please put your name by the activity you’d like to help out with:



2 Adults Lead Parade of HomesĀ  – 1 man 1 woman

1 Adult be the captain of the “other team” kickball team

5 Grill Masters with Grills for Steak Night*

4 Oven ladies to bake potatoes on Steak Night*

5 Oven ladies to bake lasagna on Ugly Sweater Night*

2 Adults to help with tie -dye

3 teen girls to help with the game show

6 teens to run kids’ crafts

Anyone to wrap potatoes in tin foil

5 runners (age 10 and up) – come to the Travaglino’s camper for assignments by 10am every morning.


*if you volunteer for these positions, please do NOT bring a dish to the potluck that night.



AM / PM Clean Up Crews (two teens per crew)

Clean up crew is responsible for picking up trash and bringing trash bags to the dumpster


Thursday night clean up crew (10pm)

Friday morning clean up crew (10am)

Friday night clean up crew (10pm)

Saturday morning clean up crew (10am)

Saturday night clean up crew (10pm)

Sunday morning clean up crew (10am)
