Minnesota — We’re back!  

It’s been a few years since we’ve had a hangout in the midwest, and we’re excited to return!

The Minnesota State Fair will be a highlight of this event but the fun doesn’t stop there!

We will have a week full of community and activities.

Minnesota is the perfect place to close out your summer and what better way to do it than with a group of your new best friends!

The cost of this event is $215.  This cost covers your entire family.  Tickets into the fair are not included in the cost, so please plan accordingly.  The fair costs $17+ per person ages 5 and up, while ages 4 and under are free.  The $17 per person rate is good via online purchases until August 20th.

Camping for this event will be $260.  Camping is Electric only, with water and a dump state available at the camping.  You MUST purchase a camping ticket as well as a Family Ticket to complete your registration!

Ticket prices for this Hangout will be $215 per family and gives you access to:

Step 1: Register for the event.

The price for the Great FTF Get Together is $215 for your entire family.  You MUST purchase a camping ticket as well as a Family Ticket in order to complete your registration!  Click here to purchase your tickets

 

Step 2:  Check your email!

Booking information will be sent via email with your ticket confirmation, so please make sure to check your email (and spam folder).  The cost for camping is $260 for the week.  The camping includes electric only, however there’s water available on site as well as a dump station.

What are the cancellation policies for this event?

Hangout Fee Refunds:

  • Cancel before 06/18/25 to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancel between 06/18/25–07/17/25 for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after 07/17/25 will not be refunded.
  • Campsite cancellation policy:  There is a $15 fee to cancel your campsite up until 8/03/2025.  After 8/03/2025, there will be no refund for canceling your site.
