Come join us for a week of festivities to help get you into the holiday spirit!  We will have Christmas-themed crafts for the kids, potluck meals, and group fires.  There’s nothing like getting into the Christmas spirit surrounded by our community!

 

The campground information will be given when registration opens.  This will be a dry camping event.  The camping costs for the duration of the hangout will be $140 ($20/night) and will need to be paid at check-in directly to the camp host.

While the structured event activities will be from December 10th-December 17th, we have the group camping area reserved from December 8th – December 21st.  If your family would like to arrive early or depart the following weekend, you are able to do so for the same $20/night rate!

The cost for camping for the week (Tuesday-Tuesday) is $140.

Ticket prices for this Hangout will be $200 per family and gives you access to:

Booking information will be sent via email with your ticket confirmation, so please make sure to check your email (and spam folder). Your site will cost $140 for the week of the hangout.  Reminder, this is a dry camping event with water and dump station access on site.

What are the cancellation policies for this event?

Hangout Fee Refunds:

  • Cancel before 10/11/24 to receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cancel between 10/12/24–11/12/24 for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after 11/12/24 will not be refunded.
  • Campsite cancellations and potential refunds will be handled by the campground and not FTF.
