Pack up the RV, gather the family, and get ready to reunite! The 2027 Fulltime Families West Coast Reunion Rally is heading back to Winterhaven, California, for another incredible celebration of community, friendship, and life on the road!

This year, we’re shaking things up and bringing the fun to early February! That means cooler temperatures, more comfortable days for outdoor adventures, and even more opportunities to enjoy everything a Fulltime Families rally has to offer. Plus, with our West Coast Reunion happening in February and our Madison Reunion Rally in Florida in March, adventurous families have the opportunity to experience BOTH reunions in the same year!

Whether you’re reconnecting with longtime road friends or attending your very first Fulltime Families event, there’s a place for everyone at this rally!

We’re planning an exciting mix of activities and experiences for the whole family, including:

• 🔥 Campfire Connections: Gather around the fire, share stories, and enjoy evenings with your FTF community.

• 🏡 Parade of Homes: Take a peek inside fellow families’ rolling homes and discover creative RV living ideas.

• 🛍️ Kids Marketplace: Watch our young entrepreneurs shine as they showcase their creativity and business skills.

• 🎤 FTF Talent Show: From singing and dancing to unexpected talents, it’s your family’s chance to take the spotlight!

• ☕ Coffee Chats & Parent Hangouts: Connect, swap stories, share experiences, and build meaningful friendships.

• 📚 Seminars & Workshops: Learn something new from the incredible knowledge and experiences within our community.

• 🎉 Family Activities & Shared Meals: Enjoy plenty of opportunities to laugh, play, eat, and make memories together.

And that’s just the beginning! Expect plenty of opportunities for both organized fun and those spontaneous campground moments that often become our favorite memories.

Our Winterhaven host campground offers a welcoming setting for families who call the road home, with full-hookup RV sites, a swimming pool, two spas, and a game room. It’s a great home base for a week of fun, relaxation, and connection.

One of the best parts of Fulltime Families is knowing that wherever the road takes you, friendships are never far away.

By moving our West Coast Reunion to February, we’re making it possible for families to kick off the rally season in California and then make their way east for our annual Madison Reunion Rally in March. Attend one or make an adventure out of both—the choice is yours!

Come for the activities. Stay for the friendships. Leave with memories that last long after the rally ends.

This will be a week-long event with a special nightly and monthly campground rate.  Arrive on Sunday, depart on Sunday.  Activities will be arranged into two daily sessions: a Morning session and an Evening session.  Why?

• More time for morning Field Trips!
• Working family members can still work and not miss out on all the fun.
• Continue homeschooling/roadschooling, if you desire.
• Restock your fridge with a visit to the grocery store.
• Clean your favorite coffee cup for the next Coffee Talk.
• Prepare your costume for the Rally Dance.  (Think Retro!!)
• Balance your checkbook before the Adult Marketplace.
• Help your child prepare for the Kid’s Marketplace.
• Reconnect with old friends.
• Meet new friends.
• Relax for a few hours in between the crazy RALLY TIME!

Step 1:  Rally Tickets are required for all family members over the age of 3.  Please make sure you purchase a campsite ticket as this is how we keep track of how many sites we have left!

Rally tickets are $80/person, Lifetime Members receive a 10% discount.

Tickets will be on sale for Lifetime Members on 11/10 at Noon Central.  Tickets will be available to Annual Members on 11/12 at Noon Central!

7Step 2:  Book your camping reservation:

Once you purchase your rally tickets you will receive an email with instructions on how to book your camping reservation.

We have a daily rate of $45-50 per site, plus taxes/fees.  After fees, a typical booking will be approximately $381 for the week of the rally.

There is also a monthly rate of $650+electric available.

What are the cancellation policies for this event?

Rally Fee Refunds: 

• Cancel before December 8th, 2026 for a full refund of rally fees with $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancel between December 8th, 2026 – January 8th, 2027 for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations after January 8th, 2027 will not be refunded.
• If you need to cancel, please fill out the cancellation form by clicking here.

Camping Refunds:

• Please refer to the host campground regarding their refund policy.  Fulltime Families has no control over campground refunds.

T-Shirts:

• Full refund prior to t-shirt order being placed.  After the order has been placed, no refunds are available.  If you want t-shirts shipped, there is an additional shipping fee of $6 per shirt.
