On a recent visit to the Tampa RV Show, we had the pleasure of some of the newest RVs on the market: units made by the new manufacturer, Alliance RV. We noticed right away that there were some differences between these high-quality RVs and their counterparts, and we knew we needed to share our findings with the full-time RV world.

In this article we are going to do just that. We will introduce you to the Alliance company, give you an idea of what the folks at Alliance are all about, and even give you a little taste of the features and floor plans you can get in an Alliance RV.

Let’s get started!

Alliance RV

What is Alliance RV?

First, let’s talk a bit about what the Alliance RV manufacturing company is—or rather, who they are. This company is more than just another RV company. Instead, Alliance is a group of RV enthusiasts with faces and names, which they want you to recognize and know. These people truly care about the experience of their customers.

The primary goal of Alliance is to offer an extremely high-quality product that feels wonderful to use and outlasts the competitor by thousands of miles and many decades. An RV specifically for the full-time RVer. After looking at what they have to offer, we’d say they’re heading in the right direction.

How do they do this? It all starts with communication. Alliance is very good about communicating with customers to ensure they know exactly what RVers want out of their rigs. This means they can offer a product that a full-time RVer can use on a day-to-day basis without modifications, something every full-timer dreams of.

Another thing they focus intently on is the quality of individual components used in their RVs. Each and every part of each and every RV they build is carefully chosen and carefully placed. The care they take choosing and placing parts, plus the time and energy they use making sure they are providing a product that their customer base will adore, shows just how committed these people are to offering a truly superior product.

Standard Features that Stand Out

Because the RVs offered by Alliance are made with full-timers in mind, they come standard with a number of features that we wouldn’t necessarily expect to see in an RV. Some of these help ensure the RV lasts longer than a typical RV might; some help make the space feel more like a home; others offer a level of comfort we’ve yet to see in an in modified stock RV.

Some of our favorite standard Alliance RV features include:

  • Generator Prep — Super easy to add a generator in the front storage compartment.
  • 6-Point Hydraulic Auto-Leveling System — Levels and stabilizes the RV with the push of a button.
  • Tons of Storage — Lots of places to store your things when RVing. No nook was left unutilized.
  • Performance Running Gear — Extra high quality tires and suspension.
  • Laminated Sidewalls with Azdel Composite — Makes delamination unlikely and helps insulate and soundproof.
  • PVC Roof — Won’t tear easily or leave black streaks.
  • Chase for Rooftop Wiring — Makes it easier to install cell boosters, solar panels, and more.
  • Stainless Steel Residential Appliances — Every appliance is full size and top quality.
  • Magnetic Catch Cabinets with Soft-Close Hinges — No more cabinets swinging open or slamming shut.
  • Large Stainless Steel Sinks — Both the bathroom and kitchen sinks are large and made with stainless steel.
  • Quick-Connect Plumbing Fittings — The under-sink water lines use quick-connect fittings, making repairs easy.
  • Three Air Conditioners — These RVs include 3 A/Cs, making summers easy. Additionally, the A/Cs are almost entirely non-ducted, meaning all of the cool air makes it into the home.
  • Fantastic Fans with Rain Sensors — Fantastic Fans are essential for boondocking, and these rigs have them as standard equipment.
  • Washer/Dryer Prep — Every single Alliance RV is prepped for a washer and dryer.
  • King Size Beds — Every RV also includes a king size bed, something that is rarely found in an RV but is very appreciated by tired parents.

Toy Haulers Only

In addition to the things listed above, toy haulers also have the following standard features:

  • Built-in Air Compressors — Perfect for airing up tires.
  • Insulated Garages — Meaning they can comfortably be used as bedrooms.
  • Happyjac Rollover Sofas with Tables — Making the conversion from garage to bedroom a cinch.
  • Onboard Fuel Tanks — Allowing you to carry extra fuel safely.

These are just some of the incredible standard features included in every Alliance rig. Check out the video below to learn about even more fantastic Alliance features.

Alliance Floor Plans for RVing Families

Currently, Alliance is making two types of RVs: a toy hauler they refer to as Valor, and a fifth wheel they call the Paradigm. Both are excellent models with a few different floor plans available. Below are the floor plans we feel would work best for Fulltime Families.

Paradigm 390MP Fifth Wheel

Our favorite Alliance fifth wheel for Fulltime Families would have to be the Paradigm 390MP. This is the RV shown in the video above, and it is absolutely perfect for a family on the road.

Some of the features that make it ideal for families include a large loft with a window, a multipurpose room that can be used as a private kids’ room or an office, a large shower with shelving and a shower seat, and a huge and functional closet in the master bedroom. Of course, the standard features listed above are also included, making this a dream RV for almost any traveling family.

Valor 42V13 Toy Hauler

If your family is a bit bigger, you might look into one of the Alliance toy haulers instead. Honestly, any of their toy hauler floor plans would work well for full-time RV living with kids. However, if we were going to choose one, it would be the Valor 42V13.

We love the large pantry this rig has to offer, and the fact that it has a table and chairs where the other toy hauler options do not. Like the other Valor toy haulers, this RV also offers 1.5 bathrooms, a loft bed, and plenty of sleeping space in the garage.

Don’t think one of these floor plans will work for you? Watch for new floor plans that should be hitting the market sometime later this year!
